The NMP programme at the NPC promotes and supports the continued development of non-medical prescribing through effective policy implementation, advice and a targeted support programme. The programme aims to increase the recognition and understanding of NMP throughout the NHS and will work with key audiences to support effective NMP implementation, share active engagement and promote activity. The NPC non-medical prescribing support programme is underpinned by a team which includes two national NMP advisors and an NMP development and support officer.
