The last 10 years have seen many legislative changes as the recommendations of the Crown Report — ‘Review of prescribing, supply and administration of medicines’, have been implemented.

In this area we will post summaries of any legislative changes that impact upon non-medical prescribing.  In the future we intend to include a resource describing the historical legislative changes that have been necessary to extend prescribing responsibilities to new professions.
