Introducing The Events Team

The NPC has its own in house events team. The team has considerable experience and a track record of successfully organising and supporting a diverse portfolio of events, ranging from small interactive workshops to large multi-stream conferences catering for over 500 delegates.

Debra has over ten years experience of event management in the public sector and has headed up NPC events and conferences since its inception. She has a wealth of experience in managing and delivering a variety of events of varying sizes from small interactive workshops of 20 people to fully staged national conferences and exhibitions of up to 500 delegates.

Debra has established excellent relationships with various audiences and is a welcome and familiar face for attendees at events. With a keen eye for detail she ensures all events and conferences run smoothly and efficiently and in the most cost effective manner. She is consistently looking for new and exciting ways to develop and enhance all NPC events.

Norma Vasey - Events Administrator

Norma has worked for the NPC in various roles since its inception in 1996. In January 2007 she moved fully into the events team and dedicates her time to administering and supporting NPC events. Norma's role focuses on delegate management, and on the creation and maintenance of delegate information within the online event system. Norma is also a welcome and familiar face at events which she co-hosts with the team.

Sarah joined the team in January 2010, bringing with her a degree in Business Management. She has a background in the customer service management arena. Sarah will be utilising her knowledge and experience to lead on the organisation and delivery of NPC national events. Sarah will also be involved in co-hosting events along with the rest of the team.
