The National Prescribing Centre and the Medicines Partnership Programme at NPC Plus have produced a second edition of 'Room for Review' called 'A guide to Medication Review'. |

This conference will launch the new guide, and explore how medication review can be commissioned, targeted and delivered to assist patients to get the most from their medicines. |

The conference, and the new guide, will be of interest not only to primary care managers and clinicians but also to those working in other healthcare settings including secondary care, care homes, and mental health services. |
