There is one Local Therapeutic Facilitator (LTF) and one Local Medicines Management Facilitator (LMMF) for each of the 10 Strategic Health Authority’s (SHA’s) across England. Please use the map above and click on each SHA region for the name and contact details of the LTF and LMMF.

LTFs and LMMFs are commissioned by the NPC to help deliver the NPC Associate Programme. The NPC provides them with the necessary support and training in their own area of expertise, combined with a formal knowledge assessment, peer review and an extensive reflective component. They have all demonstrated their abilities as educators and expertise in their own area of either medicines management and service redesign, or therapeutics knowledge and clinical epidemiology.
